Event times: 10am - 4.00pm 

Please arrive from 09.00 for setup and be advised that all traders must be off site by no later than 5.00pm - The event will formally finish at 4.00pm 

Please note that nothing may be stuck to walls or floor at this location, bear that in mind with regard to your dispays. 

We ask all traders to arrive on site no later than 30 minutes before event start time. If you are going to be late please let us know at your earliest convinience so we can make the adequate arrangements.  We reserve the right to forfeit your space should you arrive too late as not to disrupt the harmony of an ongoing event.
